GOALS OF THE COURSE

1.Introduce all the concepts related to Project Management
2.Learn the role and responsibility of a Project Manager (PM) and the project team
3.Give you the tools and learn about the Project Management process and how to plan, define and  apply all areas of knowledge such as stakeholders, risks , time schedule, cost, scope, organization, resources, communication, purchasing, quality and sustainability and define the relationship between all these areas of knowledge
4.Learn how to develop and apply the required tools to monitor and control your projects based on existing planning, identify the deviations and apply the corrective measures
5.Integration of all the methodologies, areas of knowledge, and best practices in order to be able to plan and lead a project
6.Apply all techniques and tools in an assigned project and present the results at the end of the course to all the students of the group
