This course explores how managers and leaders navigate cultural differences in today’s global organizations.
Students examine international organizational behavior and compare leadership and management practices across Asia and Europe. Key topics include managing multicultural teams, understanding cultural values, and adapting leadership styles to diverse contexts.
The course also covers conflict management across cultures and introduces effective negotiation strategies for international settings.
Through cases, discussions, and practical exercises, students develop the skills needed to communicate, collaborate, and lead successfully in culturally complex environments.
