Students learn how to interpret cultural differences, build trust across cultures, and handle stress and uncertainty in international environments.
The course also introduces global leadership, including how multinational companies operate and what skills global leaders need today. Real examples from leaders like Satya Nadella and Tim Cook show how global competence shapes modern business and leadership success.
